Telenor Pakistan has launched two 3G smartphones in competition with Ufone and Zong. Two China manufactured Telenor handsets are Smart 3G and Easy 3G. They are be available on all Telenor franchises, Sales & Service centers and selected mobile shops from 15th April 2015. Telenor due to its market value and brand recognition will have an edge over other mobile phone manufacturers.
Easy 3G and Smart 3G have different specifications with different price range. Telenor Pakistan is offering extended warranty of 18 months for its customers along with 3G data for first 6 months and balance of Rupees 600.
Easy 3G handset:
- Approx. cost is Rs. 3,700 to 3,900.
- has a Front Camera
- is 3G-enabled feature phone
- supports Social media apps (Whatsapp, Twitter and Facebook)
Smart 3G handset:
- Approx. cost is Rs. 6,000 to 6,700.
- has a Front Camera
- has a touch screen.
- is 3G-enabled feature phone
- is loaded with Telenor Appstore, Telenor Music and Viber.
- supports Social media apps (Whatsapp, Twitter and Facebook)
- supports Skype.
