    This system is not working.

    I am leaving in peshawar due to my service at PEW. and my bill is coming too more and there is no one available in my home to look after my bill complaints i.e. at KARAK. When i was at my home so i myself take the reading and send it to the SNGPL office. but now no one is available. Please it is requested with kind humble that please take my meter reading properly.

    it is regretted to say that the complain of low gas pressure was lodged for the last almost 1 year was still awaited for entertained. Sir/Madam i again remind u that our neighbor’s suigas pressure is quite perfect. it is our house that have low pressure problem. staff deputed in Chakwal visit us says ‘ho jayga clear masla’ and then go back.. this practice is never exercised. sir/madam please take seriuos action which comes output result positively. our consumer no. is 40729530002. the meter was installed against the name of Mushtaq Ahmed F2/942 Moh Shumali Chakwal.

  10. Can anyone stop the theft of Gas at House No. 11, Main Chohan Road, Islampura, Lahore, at the House of Akhtar Khan. whose gas was disconnected due non-payment, but he is still using gas without paying the bill.

  12. i m frustrated that a single sui gas low gas pressure even a single house could not be furnished by Sui Gas Department. it has over 2 years gone. only just lips service by your technical staff have made us so much fed up. the staff came again today dated 10/12/2012 at 09:30 am for just time pass saying” g ye to sb ka masla ha’ THATS ALL. respected Sir/Madam told me that during low pressure of gas of a house, why the other house has full pressure at morning and evening time? we repeatedly told them that it is our house that have problem. we almost 1000 times MAKE CLEAR TO them about low gas pressure. Sir/Madam actually your staff deputed in Chakwal are not fully aware of their duties. they 100%know about our problem but neither took notice PRACTICALLY nor bring about any reform. You are once again humbly requested that make the complain to be clear at your own end. if they do not rectify the complaint then there is no use to visit us.

  14. Non Availability Of Gas Having Gas Facility
    We are situated Mohalla Umar Abad near Ashraf Town Chakwal. It is regretted to say that we all Ahl-e-Mohalla are facing huge problems due to the non availability of gas despite of having gas facility. We daily rush to the office of sui northern gas pindi road chakwal for the last 2 years for resolving the problem of gas. But they do not attend us and give remarks “g ho jayga masla hul”. We already lodged a lot of complaints to 1199. but they also same. Now this has been daily routine problem. Do you believe this time gas is unavailable and I m writing you.
    it is therefore humbly requested to look into the matter personally. And arrange strict action against the subjected complaint. Waiting for positive and immediate reply. thanks

  15. NON-AVAILABILITY OF NATURAL SNGPL GAS
    Respected Sir,

    I have to submit few lines for your kind consideration. Sir we are living urban area where there has been no gas for the last 4 years despite of having gas facility. We all ehl-e-mohalla several times went to the office of gas department which is situated on Pindi road Chakwal for restoration of gas but there is nobody to hear us. Now we are fully disappointed. We almost 20 person comprising white collars in a group shape went to the gas office but in vain.
    Respected Sir, they took no notice to our complaint. They used to come; asked; and said ‘OK’ just and went away. They are not serious. Sir, we are too much sad on every Eid day due to non availability of gas even on every special day.

    It is therefore requested to look into the matter personally and take necessary action for restoration of natural gas.

    We have lodged a complaint on August 2012 for change of gass meter due to reported as Sticky Meter. But not yet resolved. Today i.e. 09.02.2013 we have onc again lodged a complaint with complaint # 4915726182 with the request to please resolve the issue and oblige.
