it is a very good effort for a consumer.But i requst u that the system requi fair people bcs their is no trustworthy.
Despite the fact that i am entering the valid customer number as mentioned on your bill . i am unable to get my new bill .

It’s a nice service but mostly technical errors hinder in getting our bills online.
I have not yet received my first Bill however my Sui Gas meter was connected on 18th of February 2010 please issue my bill I will be thankfull to this department.
Dear sir I have not received gas bill yet my gas meter was installed about six months before. Please check and issue bill.
Although its a nice service yet there are a number of technical errors in getting a bill. Despite all out efforts and entering the valid customer number as mentioned on your bill,i am unable to get my new bill .

u have not sent bills for the month of july,2010 but u have imposed fine for late payment in Aug,2010 bill it is not fair when u have not sent bills how can u impose fine

Previously, I had conveyed that I had not received the bill. Still I have not received the bill on my mailing address. I have seen the bill on website and observe that surcharge for the late payment has been imposed which is not justified. Please look into the matter and arrange to revise the bill enabling me to pay the bill
